Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
Lithium ehf ("we", "us", or "our") built Zervaz as a commercial application. This policy explains what data Zervaz handles and how.
Data we collect
Zervaz uses Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage. When you sign in — using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google — we store an anonymous user identifier and the data you enter (job tickets, customer names, contact details, photos, and company settings) in Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage. This data is secured by Firebase Authentication and is only accessible to authenticated users in your team.
Local storage
Certain preferences (such as display labels) may be stored locally on your device using standard system mechanisms (UserDefaults).
Third-party services
Zervaz uses Firebase (Google) for authentication, data storage, and file storage. Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Cookies and local storage on zervaz.com
This website (zervaz.com) does not set any tracking cookies and does not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts. The only piece of data the site stores in your browser is your cookie-consent choice itself, which is saved in localStorage so we don't have to ask again on every visit.
You can review or change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
If we ever add analytics, they will be opt-in only and disclosed here before they go live.
Children's privacy
Zervaz is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of the app.
