Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Zervaz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
License

Lithium ehf grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zervaz for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application.
Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Zervaz. As described in our Privacy Policy, your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). Lithium ehf does not share your data with third parties.
Acceptable use

You agree to use Zervaz only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Disclaimer of warranties

Zervaz is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Lithium ehf does not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lithium ehf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zervaz.
Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws in the jurisdiction where you reside or operate your business.
