Delete Your Account

Zervaz is a work order app developed by Lithium ehf. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app or by emailing support.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app (recommended)
If you still have access to the Zervaz app on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android phone, or Windows PC, you can delete your account in a few taps:
- Open Zervaz.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to make the request by email, contact us at support@zervaz.com. Please include the email address you used to sign in. We'll confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
What data is deleted
- Your sign-in information (email, display name, user ID).
- All work order tickets you created (issues, notes, tasks, materials, time entries, vehicle mileage).
- All photos and attachments you uploaded.
- Customer information you entered.
- Team membership data. If you are the team owner, the entire team workspace is deleted.
What data is retained
For legal, tax, and accounting purposes we retain the following for the period required by applicable law:
- Subscription transaction records, which are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store and are not stored by Zervaz directly.
- Aggregate usage statistics that cannot be linked to individual users.
Deletion timeline
- In-app deletion: Account marked for deletion immediately. Data permanently removed within 30 days.
- Email request: Confirmation within 7 business days. Data permanently removed within 30 days of confirmation.
